What a trying year! I'll be praying that you and your family have more of a respite from such ordeals this year.
Also a very exciting slate of topics you have planned. Especially looking forward to the posts about hell. I'm a confident universalist, so I'm sure we'll have some fun interaction!
Thank you! And wow, a confident universalist! DBH style? I wasn't planning to get too much into the universalist debate, but perhaps I will now. Would be good to hear your reasons for it.
DBH has some good arguments for the view, but of course for the most part he's just borrowing from the broader Christian universalist tradition of argumentation. I'd say the thinkers/writers who had the biggest impact on my coming to this view over the years are George MacDonald, Origen, and St. Gregory of Nyssa. It's also nice to see someone like Jordan Daniel Wood now representing the view in the Catholic tradition, as a Catholic-revert.
Welcome back, so sorry to hear about the troubles. Praying for you. I'm very happy that you take your time researching for your posts: they're high quality that way. I'm excited by the lineup of topics you've selected, and an eager to see them when they're ready. Thanks for your writing, Controversian team!

Thanks for the kind words!
Glad to see you, brother.
Likewise, my friend! Blessings to you.
